The New Jersey Real Estate Commission confirmed that the current continuing education licensing cycle will have a requirement of 1 Fair Housing credit.
The NJREC has waived the $200 processing fee (late fee) until May 31 (formerly April 30) and has extended the current licensing cycle until July 19 (formerly June 30).
Facts about CE in New Jersey:
You must complete 12 continuing education credit hours
Two hours must be completed in Ethics Topic Area
One hour must be completed in the Fair Housing Topic Area
Six hours must be completed in Core Topic Area
The six remaining hours may be completed in core or elective topics
