This class provides an overview offering attendees a foundation of knowledge and insight into Oil Tanks, Aboveground and Underground, in real estate transactions. The class details what a tank scan is and what type of technology should be used during the scan. It goes into detail when a tank scan should take place during the real estate transaction.
