This course is designed to help agents understand the renovation loan process and what is entailed. We will go over the 203k full and limited program as well as the Fannie Mae Homestyle. Each program is different depending on needs as well as the borrower’s profile. We will discuss the role of the HUD Consultant and GC. We will also explain what items can be included with both programs and how payment is handled.
